  • AADESA Hotels Rewards is a frequent guest program for those guests attending MyHotel, Don, La Cantera and Cyan hotel chains.

  • Is there any cost to become a member?
  • No. This program is totally free of charges.

  • What are the requirements to become a member?
  • To have over 18 years old and accept the program’s terms and conditions.

  • How should I sign in?
  • Click the “Signing In” button and complete your Name, Surname, Email, Phone, Company and Birth date information. Then you will have to enter a password. Your username will be your email and the password you entered. Then, you will receive an email to confirm your registration.

  • How many points do I earn when signing in?
  • You earn 2,000 points the first time you sign in.

  • Are there any other places where I can sign in to the program?
  • You may sign in calling to (+54 11) 5236 9090 REWARDS option or in any of the affiliated hotel lobbies.

  • How do I sum up points?
  • You may earn 10 points for each and every dollar you spent in any of AADESA Hotel Management Company Hotels. See Hotel List (Link to Hotel List)

  • What type of bookings earn points?
  • Those bookings done in hotels directly, regardless if it was done through its webpage, by phone or email.

  • Which hotel booking do NOT sum up points?
  • Indirectly bookings will NOT sum up points. For example, hotel bookings which are done through your travel agent or online travel websites.

  • How do points credit in my account?
  • When Checking Out, at the Hotel reception, you will be able to credit your points according to your stay consumption. Points will be credited in your account during the day.

  • Do points have any expiration date?
  • Points have a 2-year validity as of the day they were credited.

  • In which hotels may I use my points?
  • In any AADESA Hotel Rewards hotels, which are Cyan Hotels (, Don Hotels (, La Cantera Hotels ( and MyHotel.

  • How do I redeem my points?
  • Exchanges must be done in AADESA Hotels Rewards web, signing in with your username and password and clicking on Exchanges window. There, you may redeem your points for stays in our hotels or travel packages.

  • What shall I do when I redeem my points?
  • Once you redeem your points, you must call us or send us an email to AADESA Hotels Rewards to confirm your points exchange and decide a hotel booking in a certain date.

  • What happens if there is no availability in the dates I want to travel?
  • There is no problem. Exchange will be cancelled and your points will be returned to your account.

  • What shall I do if I forget my password?
  • If you forgot your password, you will have to click on the “Forgot my password” button. You will be able to reset your password validating your email.

  • May I transfer my points to someone else?
  • No. Points are only eligible for the owner of the AADESA Hotels Rewards account.

  • Points can be redeemed at any time?
  • Hotel bookings are subject to availability when doing the reservation and cannot be used in special dates, holidays or long weekends.
